Which payment methods are displayed to you depends on your country, your device, and your shopping cart. The final selection will be shown in the checkout. We do not charge any surcharges for any payment method.

Payment Methods in Detail

Credit Card

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The amount is charged directly upon completion of the order. With some banks, a reservation may initially appear before the final charge is visible.

PayPal

You will be redirected to PayPal and confirm the payment there with your account. Afterwards, you will automatically return to us and receive the order confirmation.

TWINT

The Swiss payment app. On mobile, TWINT opens directly; on desktop, you scan the displayed QR code with the app and confirm the payment there. The amount is immediately debited from your linked account or card.

Apple Pay & Google Pay

The fastest way: Pay with Face ID, fingerprint, or device code, without typing in address and card details. Apple Pay appears on Apple devices in Safari, Google Pay on Android and in Chrome.

Klarna

Depending on the country and shopping cart, Klarna offers different options in the checkout, such as invoice purchase or installment payment. Klarna will show you what these are and what conditions apply before you complete the purchase.

UnionPay

Gift Card

Enter your code in the gift card field at checkout. If the order value is higher than the balance, you pay the remainder with another payment method. Any remaining balance will be saved for later.

Security

Your payment data never reaches us. The entire payment process is encrypted via certified payment service providers. Card numbers, PayPal login details, or account information are not stored on our systems and are not visible to us at any time.

Credit card payments are additionally secured by 3-D Secure – your bank confirms the payment via app or SMS. What data is processed can be found in our privacy policy.

Currency & Prices

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added depending on the destination – you can find the overview under Shipping & Delivery.

In Switzerland, you see and pay in Swiss Francs; in the EU, in Euros. The amount in the checkout is the amount that will be charged – no customs or import fees will be added, as we ship Swiss orders from Switzerland and EU orders from Germany.

If you pay with a card in a different currency, your bank may charge its own conversion fee. We have no influence over this.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will the amount be charged?

For card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and UnionPay, immediately upon order completion. For Klarna, the timing depends on the option you choose with Klarna.

Why don't I see a payment method?

The selection depends on your country, device, and browser. For example, Apple Pay only appears on Apple devices in Safari, TWINT only for delivery to Switzerland, and Klarna only in certain countries.

How do I pay with TWINT on a computer?

After completing the order, a QR code will appear. Open the TWINT app on your phone, scan the code, and confirm the payment – the order will then be completed automatically. On the phone itself, the app opens directly, without a QR code.

My payment was declined – what now?

First, check your card number, expiration date, and security code, as well as approval in your banking app. If it persists, try another payment method – often it's due to a limit or security block by the bank, which we cannot see from our end.

I have a charge, but no order confirmation.

Sometimes it's just a reservation that automatically expires. First, check your spam folder for the confirmation, then contact us with the date and amount at hello@tizori.chhello@tizori.de – we'll clarify it.

How do refunds work?

Always via the same payment method you used. Depending on the bank, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account. Details on the process can be found under Returns.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. The order confirmation by email contains all details, including itemized VAT. If you need an invoice for a company, please let us know – ideally right after placing your order.

Can I order on account?

Yes, if Klarna offers you invoice purchase at checkout. Klarna makes the decision based on its own assessment – we have no influence over this.
